Going through thousands of cards and trying to keep my collection down to certain sets. Willing to trade for cards needed and I am getting rid of the rest. So make offers!!!

Thank You to all that have helped me finish the 75 Topps set!!!

Back to collecting Baseball cards after an almost 10 year hiatus.  I'm mainly a set builder, so I'm working on completing sets that I have a start on. I also PC Juan Gonzalez, mainly from his Texas Rangers days.  My trade/for sale list is up to date, and I'm always looking for trades.

When trading, I usually default to PWE.  Specifically, I use Armalope mailers from cardshellz.com.  If I get a trade over 12 cards or so, I'll opt for a wider envelope, and protect the cards more on the inside.  I also typically will mail Non-Machinable and pay the extra charge.  I do this just as much for my peace of mind as much as for who I'm trading with.  I would prefer trades of at least 4 cards, mainly to keep it more cost effective.   I'm definitely open to larger trade as well, and have no problem shipping in a bubble mailer.

My current sets of focus are:

  • Topps Flagship sets 2014-2022
  • 2023 Allen & Ginter Mini insert sets, base minis, and A&G back minis
  • Various Topps Chrome sets and insert sets
  • 2016 Bowman sets and inserts
  • 2023 Bowman sets and inserts
  • 1992 Leaf
  • 1993 Stadium Club
  • 1993 Select
  • 1993 Leaf
  • 1993 Ultra
  • 1994 Ultra

So far, this site has been a big help and resource for filling out sets, and getting my extra cards out to those who need/want them. I look forward to many more trades in the future!

I am relatively new to TCDB but have been part of the baseball card blogging community for well over a decade. I have over 100,000 cards to trade. Also if you collect matchbooks/matchcovers, stamps, or bottle caps (including MLB/NFL caps from the 60s) I have some of those to trade, especially the matchbooks which I also collect.

PLEASE NOTE: While my modern cards are almost all mint/near-mint, the condition of my vintage cards vary greatly. Some are in quite good shape for their age; many more are in good/fair/poor condition.

ALSO NOTE: For the time being I will usually only be mailing out all packages, including PWEs, once a week, on Saturdays.

For my TCDB wantlists, first priority is my vintage Topps setbuilds. Second priority is the modern cards that I have on there. Lowest priority is the 2017-present Topps setbuilds. I do collect everything baseball, so even if you don't have cards that are on my TCDB wantlists, you will probably have plenty to trade that I would be interested in, so I'm happy to browse through your tradelist if you see cards on my tradelist that you would like to trade for.

Any and all Braves cards from 1954 - Present (RIP Hank Aaron).

I have decided to scale back from trying to collect every Braves card ever made and concentrate on the sets I like. Lately it seems to be next to impossible to collect team sets since there are so many inserts, VAR, SP, and just all to many brands. Topps has once again turned collecting into $$$ for them by making so many different brands. The cost to collect is getting to be very expensive and making me question the hobby again. I still plan on trading and looking for the cards I am still missing.

Willing to trade just about anything for Braves cards......

I have been trying to do the impossible and collect the entire 2016 Topps and Update Sets. Any help would be appreciated!

12/4/2023 - Updated my PC lists, so there will be a mass of Jackie Robinson, Roberto Clemente & Corbin Burnes cards available for sale/trade here soon.  As I mention below, my want list is quite narrow, so I am more than willing to sell cards if we don't match up for a trade.

Came across tcdb.com towards the end of 2019, and I have now completed over 1,500 transactions, with over 23,000 cards changing hands!  Love everything about this site.  I have met so many cool people from all over the Country, and even a few from Canada and beyond. (Just completed a trade to Finland, as a matter of fact).

Stole this from another member, but......my goal is to have zero cards in my For Sale/Trade List.  So keep the proposals comin'!

(I know my Want List is relatively small, so I am certainly willing to Sell cards if we don't have enough matches to work out a trade)

My PC list is as follows (with TCDB rankings as of 2/9/2024):

NBA: Giannis (4), Dirk Nowitzki (4), and Tim Duncan (2).

NFL: Sterling Sharpe (3), and Don Majkowski (2)

MLB: Robin Yount (7), Tony Gwynn (6), Hal Morris (3), Mark Grace (7), Pat Listach (1) and Mark Langston (1)

Golf: Rickie Fowler (2)  & Joel Dahmen (2)

WWE: Lita (3)

UFC: Conor McGregor (4)

Non-Sport: Eddie Vedder, Judah Friedlander, Big Jay Oakerson, The Brothers Osborne (TJ & John), Rob Riggle, Bert Kreischer, Tom Segura, Charlie Berens, Post Malone and Brody Stevens

Although I currently live in Florida, I was born in Milwaukee.....hence my obsession with Wisconsin sports teams.  Ha.

Please check out my For Sale/Trade list, and feel free to message me or send me trade proposals any time.....let's see what we can get done!  (I don't necessarily trade based on "book value", but rather the value to me, so please feel free to counter if I propose a trade that you feel is unfair.  I also have no rules about "insert for insert" or any of that nonsense, so don't be shy to shoot me a proposal)

1.  1961 Topps Baseball 471/587

2.  New York/San Francisco Giants team sets

3.  Players I enjoy PCing: Willie Mays, Willie McCovey, Juan Marichal, Monte Irvin, Billy Pierce, Will Clark, Walter Payton, Alex English, Larry Bird

4.  Baseball books, signed and unsigned and sports magazines. Baseball vinyl records.

5.  Books written by Ring Lardner and W.P. Kinsella

Signed and unsigned of everything above; have acquired a lot of in person and ttm autos over the past 17 years.

I am trying to describe condition to the best of my ability on my for sale/trade items.  I am listing off condition vintage and am happy to send scans if you are interested in an item.  In my short time on the site I'm having a lot of fun with it.  Assume PWE unless discussed otherwise.

*** I just added many 1991 Topps Desert Shield to my FS/T and want list.  This is a new set build and I prefer to trade dupes for needs in the same set.  If you offer regular base cards of almost anything else then I am likely to decline.  Thank you for your interest! ***

Hello!  I bought my first packs in 1973 and found a card of my favorite player Mickey Lolich.  I was hooked and started building sets each summer.  Took a few years off now and then but always found my way back.

PC baseball set builds I'm enjoying right now:

  • 1991 Topps Desert Shield  368/792   46%
  • 1959 Topps  555/572   97%
  • 1960 Topps  531/572   92%
  • 1962 Topps  452/598   75%
  • 1965 Topps   348/598   58%
  • 1970 Kellogg's  70/75   93%
  • 1971 Kellogg's  54/75   72%
  • 1972 Kellogg's ATG  12/15   80%
  • 1973 Topps Team Checklists  21/24   87%
  • 1972/73 Topps Hockey   174/176    98%
  • Plus many more sets on my want list...

I love trading so please don't hesitate to initiate a transaction.  Not much of a seller, really prefer to trade.

Trading Guidelines:  1)  Looking for EX or better in 1966 and earlier, need NRMT or better in anything newer as these are likely upgrades.  2)  I'm open to trades of all size, from 1 card to 1,000+.  3)  The number of HOF/Superstars and key rookies should be fair, not looking to trade my HOFs for commons.  4)  I try to accurately identify variations but check with me if you seek a specific version of a card.  5)  Condition of cards:  1979 & newer are mostly NRMT, 1978 and earlier include childhood cards and vary in condition.  I am in the process of entering grades for all cards in these years.  Feel free to ask about specific cards.  I always pull cards before accepting a trade and will inform you of any condition exceptions.

🇨🇦 I Welcome trades from my friends in Canada 🇨🇦

P.S., I still have the original Lolich card from the summer of '73 and that dupe is not for trade.

I began collecting cards in the 1970's while growing up. Kind of got back into it in the 1980's and began collecting complete sets. However, after about a 25 year pause from collecting, in 2021 I decided to sell most of my complete sets and concentrate on Detroit Tigers along with some PC favorites.

PC - Al Kaline, Bill Freehan, Kirk Gibson, Alan Trammell, Jack Morris, Lou Whitaker, Curtis Granderson, George Brett, Pete Rose, Nolan Ryan, Johnny Bench. If any of these cards are not on my WL and I do not have it, I am interested.

In March of 2022 I decided to set a goal of obtaining at least one card of every HOF. Reprints and Turn Back the Clock type cards are fine to fulfill my list. Always looking for a trade for these cards that I do not have in my HOF Collection. Many of these I have 2 to 4 cards on WL so I have a better chance of getting a match. However only looking for one unless it is some HOFers mentioned in my PC.

Generally speaking, my cards from 1979 and earlier that are for trade, I am hoping to replace with cards on my WL in the same time frame. Cards from 1980 to present for trade, for cards on my WL from that era.

Ideal trades are from 10-25 using PWE for modern cards. Less cards for vintage works. However, there are always exceptions!

If I make a proposal I do not have a problem with a member declining it or making a counter. However, I do appreciate a short response why.

Cards for Sale - Commons from the following sets:

86 Topps Traded, 87 Donruss, 87 Topps Traded, 88 Topps Traded, 89 Topps, 90 Topps, 90 Fleer, 90 Fleer Update, 91 Fleer, 91 Fleer Update

Any 24 shipped in a PWE with a non machinable stamp and extra ounce stamps - $1.75

Any 100 shipped in a bubble envelope with tracking  between $7-$8 depending on where you are in the US.

I’m basically selling the cards for a penny a piece plus whatever it costs to ship. I need to free up some space for Tiger cards! Please reach out to me if interested. I’m also willing to sell bigger lots, perhaps a small flat rate box. Let me know if you are looking for this.
